Update from the Kitchen of R M Gibbons

Keeping it classy on a Tuesday night. Goat cheese brie with Empire apples and some Pinot.



Birthday Pumpkin Pie



The final product. Pie crust provided by Brendan. I've heard that making pumpkin pie from scratch isn't any better than using pumpkin from the can, but I would beg to differ. This pie was delicious.
